Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional logistics sourcing and category strategies acrossAPAC
  • Lead RFx activities, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management
  • Manage logistics providers across freight, shipping, warehousing, 3PL and 4PL categories
  • Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance, and sourcing excellence initiatives
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into sourcing solutions
  • Support procurement process improvements, governance, and best practices across the region



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in logistics category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
  • Strong ownership of RFx processes, tender management, and supplier negotiations
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings and commercial value
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, warehousing, 3PL and 4PL categories
  • Regional APAC sourcing experience across multiple countries, particularly Australia, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Korea
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective sourcing and procurement strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and supplier relationship management skills
  • Exposure to SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms will be an advantage
  • Candidates from global freight forwarders, shipping lines, industrial manufacturing, building materials, commodity-based businesses, or other logistics-intensive environments will be highly preferred
