This Regional HRBP reports to the Head of People APAC and supports employee population of 1,200+ across APAC markets. The successful candidate will combine end-to-end recruitment, talent development, workforce planning and HR project delivery while partnering closely with commercial and operational stakeholders. A key objective is to strengthen regional hiring capability, drive people initiatives and grow into a broader HRBP position.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organisational growth.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve workforce performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies across the region.
  • Manage and support change management initiatives effectively.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through engagement and development strategies.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to implement best practices and streamline processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional HRBP should have:

  • Regional HR experience covering multiple APAC countries.
  • Strong end to end recruitment experience with critical hiring exposure.
  • Experience in talent development, workforce management and HR project implementation.
  • Manufacturing, industrial or engineering sector background preferred.
  • Mandarin capability advantageous for stakeholder engagement and recruitment activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good to work in Klang
