Job Description

Financial Reporting & IFRS Compliance

  • Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, accounting policies, and disclosure requirements.



Technical Accounting & Financial Governance

  • Conduct accounting research, prepare technical accounting papers and memos, and provide guidance on the application of accounting standards across the Group.



Asset Valuation & Impairment Assessment

  • Support impairment reviews and assessments for goodwill, intangible assets, and property, plant & equipment (PPE).



Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

  • Partner with the budgeting and forecasting team, review project cash flow models, and provide financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.



Sustainability Reporting & Special Projects

  • Assist with sustainability reporting initiatives (ISSB or equivalent frameworks) and support strategic projects, transactions, and other ad hoc finance-related assignments.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business decisions.
  • Regional exposure covering APAC / SEA will be necessary.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team effectively.
