Job Description

  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth in the APAC region.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide leadership to the accounting and finance teams across multiple locations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
  • Ensure internal controls and risk management practices are in place and effective.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC FC should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of APAC financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills across multiple locations.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
