Job Description

  • Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures tailored to the FMCG industry.
  • Lead risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Oversee the implementation of security technologies and solutions to safeguard digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into technology projects and business processes.
  • Manage incident response processes, ensuring timely detection, analysis, and resolution of security breaches.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to promote cybersecurity best practices among employees.
  • Monitor and stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and threats relevant to the FMCG sector.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data protection and security.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cybersecurity Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity technologies, risk management, and incident response.
  • Experience working in or understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
