About Our Client

A globally established multinational organization with extensive international trade and customs operations across multiple regions. As part of its continued investment in Customs Excellence and Trade Compliance capabilities, the organization is expanding its Global Customs Performance Management function to drive operational visibility.

Job Description

* Monitor and evaluate operational performance across global customs activities

* Prepare monthly KPI reports, operational dashboards, and performance analytics for stakeholders

* Analyze internal and external customs data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

* Conduct deep-dive analysis on customs operational and compliance performance

* Support customs governance, performance reviews, and risk assessment initiatives

* Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve service quality and process adherence

* Support dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance visibility initiatives

* Drive reporting standardization and operational measurement frameworks

* Organize stakeholder meetings, country reviews, and performance discussions

* Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across customs operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Customs Performance Management (Senior Executive) should have:

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related disciplines
Typically 3-6+ years of experience within Customs Operations, Customs Compliance, Foreign Trade, Trade Compliance, Customs Brokerage, Global Trade Services, or similar functions
Experience supporting customs-related KPI reporting, operational performance monitoring, compliance reviews, or governance activities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities
Experience handling customs operational data and translating findings into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
SAP or SAP GTS experience would be advantageous
