  • Lead financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate audits and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Accounting Lead should have:
