Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting career opportunities while helping organisations build high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying business opportunities and expanding market coverage.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advising clients and candidates on market trends, hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Achieving individual and team revenue objectives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, business development, consulting, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • SAP knowledge or exposure to Shared Services recruitment would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
  • A resilient, ambitious, and results-driven mindset.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in negotiating with stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
