Our client is a global semiconductor manufacturer with a strong footprint in Asia, supporting high-volume manufacturing for mission-critical applications.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related activities and outcomes.
  • Oversee audits and inspections to maintain certifications and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their understanding of quality standards and processes.
  • Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the supply chain.

The Successful Applicant

  • A relevant degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
  • Strong background in QMS, customer quality, supplier quality and manufacturing quality
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, CAPA, FMEA and structured problem solving methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
