Job Description

  • Drive procurement activities in alignment with organizational strategies, governance standards, and business objectives.
  • Support category management and strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, category plans, and key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including pricing volatility, supplier reliability, and supply continuity challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to enhance service, quality, and long-term value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen procurement effectiveness.
  • Champion operational excellence, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Purchasing Executive (Indirect) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic settings and embraces continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience using procurement platforms considered an advantage
