Job Description

  • Manage payment-to-pay activities in line with agreed internal processes.
  • Review payment-related records and maintain accurate transaction information.
  • Handle enquiries related to payment-to-pay matters in Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese or Indonesian.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
  • Maintain clear documentation to support accurate processing and follow-up.
  • Monitor outstanding payment-to-pay items and follow up on open matters.
  • Prepare relevant updates on payment-to-pay activities for internal review.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP (Thai/Vietnamese/Khmer/Burmese/Indonesian) should have:

  • Ability to speak, read and write for the required language.
  • Capability to handle payment-to-pay activities with accuracy and care.
  • Ability to review transaction details and maintain clear records.
  • Confidence in responding to payment-related enquiries.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams on follow-up actions.
  • Good attention to detail when managing payment information.
