Job Description

  • Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address invoice-related queries.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, including monitoring cash flow requirements.
  • Support month-end closing activities by ensuring all invoices are accounted for.
  • Assist in audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Accountant should have:

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
