The Project Manager (BMS, Data Center) will be responsible to lead projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. This role works closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to manage risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations across the full project lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet objectives
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Manage and control project budgets and financial performance
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize outcomes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks clearly and timely
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and project review processes
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
  • Maintain accurate and complete project documentation
  • Facilitate smooth project handover to clients or operations teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Technical background or exposure to Automation Systems or Building Management Systems (BMS)
