Job Description

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities on-site
  • Assist in project administration, cost control, scheduling, work progress monitoring, and quality assurance
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure activities are completed according to schedule
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and relevant authorities
  • Prepare safety documentation and commissioning-related documents
  • Coordinate on-site delivery, installation, and commissioning of precision cooling equipment
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standards
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of site-related issues
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by management

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or mechanical engineering projects is an advantage
  • Good technical knowledge and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Good teamwork and coordination abilities
  • Able to work at project sites when required
  • Candidates who can commence work immediately will have an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
