Job Description

  • Provide technical and people leadership to assigned team members
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team capability based on identified training needs
  • Plan and manage team budgets effectively
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of maintenance, conversion, and rebuild projects
  • Ensure projects meet agreed scope, quality, cost, and schedule commitments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate and prioritise tasks across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams across global sites
  • Interface closely with headquarters and regional stakeholders
  • Track progress and communicate project status to management and sales teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills in ERP systems, particularly for material and project planning
  • SAP experience is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to work effectively in global, multi‑disciplinary teams
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus
  • Mindset to challenge existing processes and drive efficiency and digitalisation
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
