About Our Client

This organisation is a leading healthcare provider operating in a hospital environment, currently undergoing a digital transformation journey. The role sits within a strategic Digital Product team, focusing on advancing clinical and operational digital platforms that support healthcare delivery at scale.

Job Description

  • Own and drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through delivery and enhancement
  • Lead product discovery initiatives, including understanding user pain points, defining future‑state solutions, and shaping product direction
  • Translate complex healthcare and operational needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, making informed trade‑offs aligned to business and clinical value
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations to guide decision‑making
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and vendors to deliver high‑quality digital solutions
  • Ensure solutions meet agreed outcomes, quality standards, and readiness for release
  • Support continuous improvement and enhancement of existing platforms

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of working experience in digital solution or software projects with 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or a Product Owner.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or strong Business Analyst transitioning into a PO role
  • Hands‑on experience delivering internal B2B or enterprise digital products
  • Strong background in product discovery and strategic product thinking, not just BAU delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in complex, regulated, or mission‑critical environments is a strong advantage
  • Technical understanding (e.g. software development exposure, system design, or coding knowledge) is highly preferred
  • Agile / Scrum experience is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to own outcomes rather than simply manage tasks or timelines
  • (Preferred) Experience in Mobile or Web digital products within a healthcare or high-compliance environment.
