About Our Client

A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry across SEA which has been growing exponentially. They are currently looking to expand their product management team and are looking for pharmaceutical marketing professionals to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance product performance and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including planning, development, and launch activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:

  • A background in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and market dynamics.
  • Experience in product management or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing market data and developing actionable strategies.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
