Job Description

  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet market needs and business goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and launch.
  • Manage product life cycle from planning to execution and end-of-life.
  • Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in the Life Science, pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and driving results.
  • Proficiency in project management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of the Life Science market and its products.
