Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be overseeing the full lifecycle of financial products, including maintenance, optimisation, and phase-out planning. Also:

  • Developing and executing pricing and positioning strategies to enhance product competitiveness and profitability.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Conducting market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, distribution, compliance, and operations.
  • Monitoring product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all products comply with relevant regulatory and governance standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within financial services, banking, insurance, or investment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial product development, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in pricing, product positioning, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and, where applicable, Shariah principles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
