About Our Client

A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry across SEA which has been growing exponentially. They are currently looking to expand their product management team and are looking for pharmaceutical marketing professionals to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for GP and pharmacy channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams for product knowledge enhancement.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on product performance and market insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • Experience in managing products within the life science industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GP/pharmacy/hospital operations and markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market data and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Willingness to travel.
