This role supports the implementation and adoption of vendor management governance standards across regional business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive compliance, reporting, risk oversight, process improvements, and vendor lifecycle governance activities.

Job Description

  • Support the execution of vendor management governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders on vendor governance requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor governance compliance, vendor performance, and lifecycle activities.
  • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management updates.
  • Identify risks, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, and business teams.
  • Support training, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and governance awareness initiatives.
  • Contribute to automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Japanese language proficiency is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Governance, Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in reporting, governance, process control, or operational oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a regional and matrix environment.
  • Exposure to financial services, insurance, or regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Candidate with Korean speaking proficiency in an added advantage
