Job Description

  • Review current business processes and identify practical opportunities for digitalization.
  • Design and improve digital process flows to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Translate process needs into clear technical requirements for technology delivery.
  • Work with relevant teams to implement process digitalization initiatives.
  • Monitor digital process performance and recommend improvements based on findings.
  • Document process designs, changes and outcomes to maintain clear records.
  • Resolve process-related issues during digital implementation to support smooth delivery.
  • Contribute technical input to digital initiatives within the Technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Digitalization Senior Engineer should have:

  • Experience in process digitalization and process improvement work.
  • Ability to analyse existing workflows and identify practical improvement areas.
  • Ability to turn business process needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience designing and documenting digital process flows.
  • Capability to support digital implementation and resolve process-related issues.
  • Ability to monitor process outcomes and recommend informed improvements.
