Job Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation and post sales support if necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation for clients.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide post-sales technical support as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pre-sales Engineer should have:

  • A strong technical background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in the Technology & Telecoms industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
