Job Description

  • Conduct penetration testing to identify security vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and protocols.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining security testing methodologies and tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
  • Support the Technology department in implementing best practices for security assessments.
  • Provide expert consultation on improving the organization's overall security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all security-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Penetration Testing Assistant Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with security frameworks and industry standards, such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
  • Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
