The organisation operates in the Industrial sector in Selangor.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's risk management approach.
  • Identify, assess and prioritise business risks to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain risk registers and provide clear updates on key risk areas.
  • Work with business stakeholders to review risk controls and improvement actions.
  • Monitor emerging risks and recommend practical actions where needed.
  • Prepare risk reports and presentations for relevant business stakeholders.
  • Promote consistent risk management practices across relevant functions.
  • Review risk management processes and improve reporting methods over time.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (P&C): Head Of Risk Management should have:

  • At least 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing and/or industrial sectors.
  • Strong capability in enterprise risk identification, assessment and reporting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining risk registers and risk reporting materials.
  • Ability to review controls and translate findings into practical actions.
  • Experience presenting risk information clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and related processes.
  • Ability to monitor emerging risks and prioritise appropriate responses.
