Job Description

  • Process and validate payment transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments to vendors, customers, or internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment queries and operational issues.
  • Support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payment Processing Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in payment operations, accounts payable, finance operations, shared services, or a similar function.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems or financial platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
