Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end processes for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support during audits and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P/O2C Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Experience in managing P2P and O2C processes within the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
