This role is responsible for managing the full Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay cycle, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor management, payment execution, and month-end activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional finance teams, drive process improvements, and support compliance within a shared services environment.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Process invoices and payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Handle month-end closing activities and GRIR reconciliations.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
  • Support process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
  • Assist with ad hoc finance and reporting activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business Fluency in both Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree or Diploma in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Master Data Management, Vendor Management, or related finance operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an added advantage)
  • Relevant experience in procurement-to-payment processes or accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
