About Our Client

Our client is a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and a collaborative working culture.

Job Description

  • Process and validate invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Review invoice data for compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Partner with Japanese-speaking stakeholders regarding invoice-related queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P/AP Specialist (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • Business proficiency in Japanese (min N2) language, both written and spoken.
  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Min 1 year of experience in P2P or AR are prefferred. Fresh grad are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in SAP is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in invoice processing or accounting will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
