Job Description

  • Manage and maintain vendor master data in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all vendor records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to validate and update vendor information as required.
  • Develop and implement processes for vendor data quality improvement and governance.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in vendor data entries.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on vendor master data processes.
  • Generate reports and insights based on vendor data for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to vendor data management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vendor Master Data Manager should have:

  • Experience in P2P coupled with vendor master data management, within the Shared Services/ Global Business Services/ BPO industry. (MUST HAVE)
  • Experience leading a team. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
