Job Description

  • Oversee procure-to-pay activities to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Manage order-to-cash activities to support clear and timely customer transaction processing.
  • Review process performance and address operational issues affecting transaction accuracy or turnaround time.
  • Coordinate daily Accounting & Finance workflows across P2P and O2C activities.
  • Maintain clear process records and reporting to support informed operational decisions.
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve transaction queries and process exceptions.
  • Identify practical process improvements that improve consistency across P2P and O2C operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P & O2C Manager should have:

  • Expereince managing procure-to-pay & order-to-cash processes within a Shared Services environment. (MUST HAVE)
  • Expereince managing a team. (MUST HAVE)
  • Experience coordinating accounting and finance transaction workflows.
  • Ability to review transaction data and identify process issues.
  • Confidence in resolving operational queries and exceptions.
  • Ability to improve routine financial processes while maintaining accuracy.
