Job Description

  • Process purchase-to-pay transactions accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure complete records.
  • Handle supplier payment queries in German and provide clear updates.
  • Maintain accurate transaction data within relevant finance systems.
  • Follow up on incomplete invoice information to support timely processing.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve purchase-to-pay issues.
  • Prepare transaction details and documentation for finance records.
  • Support consistent purchase-to-pay processes across the Accounting & Finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P German Speaker should have:

  • German language capability for written and spoken business communication.
  • Knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes and invoice handling.
  • Ability to review transaction details carefully and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience handling supplier queries in a clear and professional manner.
  • Confidence using finance systems to process and track transactions.
  • Ability to organise documentation and follow up on outstanding information.
