  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections from clients.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to resolve outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and billing issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection status and account performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OTC Collection Specialist should have:
