Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end order processing activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and procurement records.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review reports to track order status and performance metrics.
  • Work with the team to improve supply chain processes.
  • Provide in Tamil for relevant communications and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management (Tamil Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Tamil and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain-related roles.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Energy & Natural Resources industry processes is an advantage.
