Job Description

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Address and resolve order-related inquiries and issues from clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all order transactions and updates.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent delays.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all order management activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on order processing performance and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management professional should have:

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using order management or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
