Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end order management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service reliability
  • Take ownership of stabilising and enhancing processes within a newly set-up shared services environment
  • Manage order confirmations and system exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Monitor daily operations, proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and urgent issues
  • Act as the key coordination point between business, supply chain, and regional stakeholders
  • Drive adherence to SOPs while contributing to process design, standardisation, and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to scale operations effectively
  • Support or participate in migration and knowledge transfer activities as part of the shared services setup



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum6-8 years of experience in order management, order processing, or supply chain within a shared services environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order management and execution processes
  • Experience in shared services setup, migration projects, or knowledge transfer activities is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP is required
  • Proven ability to take ownership, solve problems, and drive improvements
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging regional or global stakeholders
