Job Description

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to address order-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Monitor order status and update clients on progress or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during order management.
  • Provide support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Work effectively during night shifts to meet client needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Order Management - French Speaking - Night Shift should have:

  • Proficiency in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or order management roles.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with the life science industry is an advantage.
