The company operates in the industrial and manufacturing industry and is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order processing for EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics with relevant stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or shipping delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping documentation, and related financial data.
  • Provide support in streamlining processes to improve efficiency in order management and shipping operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to assist in decision-making and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management Executive & Shipping (EMEA Shift) should have:

  • A strong understanding of order management and shipping processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing documentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, EMEA-shift environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles relevant to order management.
