Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
  • Update and maintain order management systems for accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates and inquiries.
  • Work with the procurement team to manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Generate and analyse reports related to order management and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management professional should have:

  • Experience in order management or a related field in supply chain or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems and software.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to work as a team during night shifts (8pm-5am Malaysia time) with 3 days office 2 days working from home a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Problem-solving skills to address any order-related issues efficiently.
  • Additional advantage: SAP
