Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update order records in the system for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking stakeholders to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements for order management efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams and management on order status and challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management (Hindi Speaker) should have:

  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of order management, order processing, customer service or supply chain practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant order management systems and tools such as SAP or ERP system.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
