Job Description

  • Manage customer and internal order fulfilment activities from order receipt through to completion.
  • Review order details and confirm that information is complete and accurate before processing.
  • Track order progress and maintain clear, up-to-date order status records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to support timely product availability.
  • Follow up on open orders and address delays to help keep deliveries on schedule.
  • Communicate order updates to relevant internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Resolve order-related issues by checking details, coordinating actions and documenting outcomes.
  • Prepare order fulfilment reports to support daily planning and operational visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Order Fulfilment' professional should have:

  • Practical capability in managing order fulfilment activities accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to review order information and maintain reliable records.
  • Experience tracking orders and following up on delivery progress.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Confidence handling order queries and resolving issues through clear follow-up.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain order status updates and operational reports.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Salary range of MYR 91,000 to MYR 72,000.
  • 13th-month payment.
