Job Description

  • Lead Production, Quality, HSE and Maintenance to deliver world-class manufacturing performance.
  • Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity across the operation.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor manufacturing leaders while building a culture of accountability.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Manufacturing leadership experience within EMS or electronics manufacturing
  • Proven track record in managing assembly manufacturing operations with exposure to SMT processes
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys solving operational challenges and developing people
  • Someone ready to make a visible impact, not just manage day to day
