  • Analyse and optimise procurement and supply chain processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks to track key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the design and execution of operational strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards in all operations.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of internal systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Design and Performance Management (Executive & Senior Executive) should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operational performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
