Job Description

  • Process and monitor orders accurately to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders in Mandarin to resolve order-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all order management activities.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain team to optimize workflows and minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions in the system.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the order management process proactively.
  • Prepare and generate reports related to order status and performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Officer / Senior Officer Order Management (Mandarin Speaker) should have:
