Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and drive timely collections to optimise cash flow.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance O2C operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyse O2C performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all O2C activities.
  • Lead and mentor team members within the O2C function.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to the O2C process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful O2C Process Expert should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the order-to-cash process.
  • Experience working within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining compliance.
