We are seeking a Korean-speaking I2C Specialist to support invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit management activities within a dynamic finance environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional stakeholders while contributing to healthy cash flow, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Manage customer invoicing activities, including billing, adjustments, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Process and reconcile customer payments through cash application activities.
  • Execute collections and follow-up activities for overdue accounts.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve customer claims and disputes.
  • Perform credit reviews, monitor customer credit limits, and support order release activities.
  • Support month-end closing processes, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer account issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.
  • Identify and escalate operational issues in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business-level proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in I2C, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Cash Application.
  • Fresh graduates with Korean language capabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • SAP or ERP system experience would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
