Job Description

  • Lead the greenfield MES deployment from requirements and solution design through testing, cutover, production startup, ramp, and stabilization.
  • Serve as the single accountable ITS interface across site manufacturing, central platform teams, enterprise IT, infrastructure, and implementation partners.
  • Drive integrated readiness across MES, ERP/SAP, PAC and equipment integration, planning, quality, data platforms, identity, and cybersecurity.
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness, including hosting, network, environments, capacity, availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and performance.
  • Own the integrated program plan, resources, dependencies, risks, budget, vendors, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Establish the post-deployment operating model, support ownership, knowledge transfer, and escalation processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MES Deployment & Its Integration Manager should have:

  • Strong expertise in MES systems and their integration within industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of managing technology deployments and integrations.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise integration, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and manufacturing IT architecture
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and
  • executive communication skills
