Job Description

Lead the overall marketing agenda across brand, category, and product innovation to drive sustainable business growth and market leadership. Work cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders to bring innovative products to market and execute high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with business growth objectives and evolving market dynamics
  • Take ownership of the product portfolio, continuously assessing performance and making strategic decisions on product mix, positioning, and lifecycle management to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end new product development (NPD), working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to bring consumer-driven innovations from concept through to successful market launch
  • Translate market research, consumer insights, and emerging trends into actionable strategies that drive innovation, differentiation, and category growth
  • Partner closely with Sales and trade teams to strengthen in-market execution, improve visibility, and drive distribution growth across key channels
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and activation channels, ensuring a strong balance between brand building and commercial impact
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, enhancing consumer engagement, loyalty, and overall brand equity
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and business performance, leveraging data and insights to optimise marketing investments and improve return on investment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth execution of product launches and ongoing business performance
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, contributing to business planning, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing key decisions on innovation and expansion


The Successful Applicant

A strong marketing professional with proven experience in FMCG Food & Beverage categories, particularly within fast-moving or short shelf-life product environments. A creative, commercially driven individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic business and partnering closely with senior leadership. Key requirements include:

  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated leadership or ownership of key portfolios
  • Strong background within FMCG Food & Beverage categories, with exposure to short shelf-life or fast-turn products strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in building and growing brands through well-executed, integrated marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience managing product innovation, including new product development, launches, and portfolio expansion
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, with the ability to translate insights into innovative and commercially viable ideas
  • Creative, modern thinker who challenges conventions and brings fresh thinking into product and campaign development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Agile, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where speed and adaptability are critical
