Job Description

As a Marketing & Growth Manager, you will drive end-to-end growth initiatives across digital channels, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will include:

  • Planning and executing growth strategies across social media, website, paid campaigns, and CRM channels
  • Managing and optimising digital touchpoints (e.g., website, landing pages, email journeys) to improve conversion and user experience
  • Driving performance marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, tracking, and ROI optimisation
  • Creating and executing content across social and owned platforms to support brand visibility and engagement
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and events to expand reach and drive lead generation
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure integrated campaign execution across digital and offline channels
  • Analysing campaign performance, customer behaviour, and channel effectiveness to inform continuous growth strategies
