Job Description

  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and cross-functional projects that support business growth, operational excellence, and organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to monitor performance, track strategic priorities, develop KPI dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, revenue streams, strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and investment opportunities to accelerate corporate growth.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and board materials while supporting leadership decision-making and ensuring effective execution of key business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a CEO Office, Chief of Staff, Project Manager or consulting role, either in an external consulting firm or an internal corporate environment.
  • Strong expertise in program management, project governance, and strategic planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
